Welcome to the Mods & Rockers Film Festival Website!

The festival started from small beginnings in 1999 and it has grown to become arguably the most respected annual rock 'n' roll film festival in the world. (Or not according to the envious rivals who have copy-catted our format and attempted to emulate us!)

In 2010 the festival is spreading its goodies out in two tasty servings.

The main festival this year will be at the end of August - dishing up four spectacular nights crammed with rock 'n' roll movies to delight the palate.

And in late September/early October we are presenting a four-day Mods & Rockers Special Festival in celebration of the 70th anniversary of John Lennon's birth. Sign-Up for an email alert about the Lennon Film Festival.

• 40th Anniversary reunion of the landmark 1970 Isle Of Wight Festival with in-person appearances by members of the Doors, Jethro Tull, Emerson, Lake & Palmer,

• 45th anniversary salute to the Moody Blues - with founder-member Mike Pinder in-person!

• 50th anniversary salute to the Mellotron - the champion keyboard of the prog-rock world! With live demo by Moody Blues keyboard player (1965-1979) Mike Pinder. Other Mellotron guests include

• 40th Anniversary reprise of the famous last joint appearance by The Who & Jimi Hendrix - with in-person appearances by their audio engineers!

• Los Angeles Premiere of new Leonard Cohen concert movie

• Reprise screening of rarely-seen Bob Dylan concert movie

• World Premiere of Bob Dylan outtakes!

• Los Angeles Premiere of Miles Davis documentary
